We are delighted to welcome all ESERA 2025 participants to the Welcome Reception – an informal gathering to mark the beginning of the conference.
Join us at Øksnehallen for a relaxed early evening with a complimentary drink and a selection of light snacks. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow participants, meet new colleagues, and ease into the week’s programme in a friendly and informal setting.
🎟️The reception is free of charge but requires prior registration. Make sure to indicate your attendance when registering for the conference.
Social Dinner

Ticket Price: DKK 485 incl. 25% VAT (≈ €65)
We warmly invite all conference participants to join us for the ESERA 2025 Social Dinner – an informal and vibrant evening held at the iconic conference venue, Øksnehallen.
The dinner offers a relaxed atmosphere, featuring a buffet of vegetarian, street food-inspired dishes that showcase both local and international flavours. The setting includes both seated and standing areas, designed to encourage conversation, networking, and an easy-going social flow.
The evening will begin with a complimentary welcome drink, followed by access to a pay bar for additional beverages throughout the night.
A DJ will set the scene for music and dancing, bringing a vibrant and sociable vibe to the dinner experience.
