Call for eProceedings
We invite all authors who presented symposia, oral presentations, interactive posters, workshops, or exploratory seminars at the ESERA 2025 Conference to submit their papers for inclusion in the ESERA 2025 eProceedings.
The eProceedings will contain electronic publications of revised and extended research contributions presented at the ESERA 2025 Conference. The eProceedings will be published in the ESERA Conference Proceedings series under the title “Transitions in Science Education: Sustainability and Digital Advances”, which is the theme of ESERA 2025.
All research presented at the ESERA 2025 Conference is welcome. After the conference, all authors are encouraged to produce updated versions of their papers and consider the feedback from the discussion and suggestions from other participants.
For each oral presentation, poster presentation, workshop, or exploratory seminar, authors can submit one paper. For symposia, authors can choose whether to submit one paper for the full symposium or individual papers for each symposium contribution.
Process for submission and review:
- The deadline for submissions is January 31, 2026.
- The submission will be reviewed by the Strand Chairs to ensure adherence to the acceptance criteria and formatting
- Strand Chairs will decide on ACCEPTANCE or REJECTION, there will be no opportunity for revision
- The Editors will make final decisions.
- The eProceedings will be published online in 2026

Guidelines for submitting a paper for eProceedings:
- Submissions should be submitted in Word format, using the following template
- Submissions should be a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 pages (tables, figures, references, etc., all included)
- Submissions will be made through the Oxford Abstract platform by uploading your paper to your existing submission on your author dashboard
Acceptance criteria:
- Submissions MUST adhere to the one presented at the ESERA 2025 conference
- Submissions MUST adhere to the template provided
- Submissions are sufficiently clear and logical
- The language of submissions is at an acceptable level
