How to Use Oxford Abstracts
On this page, you will find guidance for navigating Oxford Abstracts during both the submission phase and the conference programme. Once the conference programme is live, you will be able to comment on the program contributions and interact with others through the chat feature.
Key features:
- The chat feature allows for private and group chats, which can be either private or public.
- You can comment on sessions, individual submissions, and posters.
- To access the chat feature, participants will first need to set up their name badge in the system when creating an account. This will ensure accountability and authenticity.
Comments will be moderated by the ESERA 2025 Steering Committee according to the following guidelines:
- Be respectful: Always interact with others in a polite manner. Personal attacks, harassment, and discriminatory language are not tolerated.
- Stay on topic: Ensure your comments are relevant to the session or content being discussed.
- Constructive feedback: Offer helpful and constructive feedback. If you disagree, do so respectfully and provide reasons for your perspective.
- No spam: Avoid posting spam, advertisements, or irrelevant links.
- Privacy: Do not share personal information about yourself or others in public chats. Respect confidentiality.
