Our Commitment

We strive to ensure that every aspect of our conference, from materials to meals, reflects our sustainable vision. This means making choices that reduce waste, lower carbon emissions, and encourage responsible consumption.

Here’s how we plan to make a difference:

Personal Choices

• We encourage you to bring your personal water bottles and coffee cups to reduce single-use plastics.
• Use your own pens and notebooks for notetaking.
• Share rides via cars or trains, when possible, to reduce our carbon footprints

Materials and Resources

• Printed materials will be limited. We will opt for digital versions whenever possible and use biodegradable seed paper badges.
• We will select recyclable materials for the necessary printed items and ensure that signs and guides are reusable for future events.
• We have a good recycling system in Denmark.
  
  

Travel and Transportation

• Take advantage of discounted City Passes and Copenhagen Cards when traveling in the city by bike.
  
  

Food and Catering

• Hydration stations will be available for your reusable bottles.
• Expect plant-based menu, aiming for sustainable and local sourcing of ingredients.
• We’ve arranged for excess food to be donated to local organisations, minimising waste.
• We’ll encourage ‘doggie bags’ or lunch boxes for leftovers, aligning with our waste-reduction initiatives.
